Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ContinuNote, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Controlled-release service

ContinuNote is an early, controlled-release product available to a limited group of invited users. Features, access methods, content, and availability may change before broader release. The service may contain errors, and access may be interrupted or withdrawn.

3. Permitted use

You may use ContinuNote for lawful personal caregiving organization and communication, consistent with these terms and any access instructions provided to you. You must only enter, upload, or share information you are authorized to provide.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of information you enter and for deciding who should receive information you share.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method and device secure. Provide accurate account information, do not share access credentials, and email support@continunote.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

5. AI-generated and extracted content

Document extraction, Family Updates, and Caregiver Handoffs may use AI-assisted processing. Extracted or generated content is a draft and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review, confirm, and correct it before saving, sharing, or relying on it. Medical details require explicit review.

6. Medical boundaries

ContinuNote is an organizational and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage recommendations, clinical monitoring, emergency evaluation, or emergency services.

ContinuNote is not a substitute for a healthcare professional or emergency service, and it is not an official medical record. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional for medical questions or changes in a person’s condition.

You are responsible for verifying information before sharing it or acting on it. ContinuNote does not guarantee accuracy, continuity of care, medical safety, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Ownership and feedback

You retain responsibility for information you provide. You grant Breakfast of Champions Courier Service LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that information to provide ContinuNote and carry out actions you request.

ContinuNote, LifeReady Kits, their names, branding, software, design, and original service content are owned by or licensed to Breakfast of Champions Courier Service LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you provide feedback, it may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

8. Prohibited misuse

Do not use ContinuNote to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights or privacy;
• enter or share information without authorization;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or probe for vulnerabilities;
• copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use the service to provide emergency response, clinical monitoring, or medical decision-making.

9. Availability and service changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue some or all of ContinuNote. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. During controlled release, access may be changed or ended at any time.

10. Account termination and deletion

You may delete your account using available account controls. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, create risk for users or the service, or if the controlled release ends. Account deletion is subject to the retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ContinuNote is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Breakfast of Champions Courier Service LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising from or related to ContinuNote. Any aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

These limitations do not apply where applicable law does not permit them, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when an update is published. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
