Find guidance for the most common ContinuNote tasks during controlled release.
Creating or editing a care update
Add an update from the care-recipient record, choose the relevant category, and review the details before saving. Open an existing entry to make available edits or delete it.
Photos and document uploads
Upload a supported photo, image, PDF, or attachment, then review any extracted information. Nothing extracted is accepted into the care record until you confirm it, and medical details require explicit review.
Family Updates and Caregiver Handoffs
Generate a draft from user-confirmed information, review it carefully, and correct anything incomplete or inaccurate before using or sharing it.
Follow-Ups
Add a follow-up when an update needs later attention. Review open follow-ups with the care circle and mark them complete only when the related task is finished.
Exporting data
Use the export option available in ContinuNote to create a copy of your data. Review exported information before saving or sharing it outside the service.
Deleting history or an account
Use available delete controls for entries, retained attachments, care history, or your account. Account deletion cannot be undone through the app.
Privacy questions
Read the Privacy Policy for details about information processing, AI-assisted features, attachments, sharing, retention, and user controls.
Technical problems
Note what you were trying to do, the device and browser or Expo flow you were using, and any message shown. Avoid including unnecessary care information in a support request.
